!THEME ALERT!: This month will be a themed dinner called “The Great American Grill Dad”! Come dressed in your idea of what you think represents the American icon of a Grill Dad!

We’re officially one week away from our July Food with the Roods Supper Club—and this time, we’re bringing the heat. We will be doing part 2 of the Summer BBQ Series with a dinner that blends Texas slow smoking with Mexican hot and fast fire-roasted.

Introducing Summer BBQ Series #2 – TX x MX: Nacho Average TexMex
This menu is all about the union of slow-cooked meats, rolling smoke, and earthy chilies. With last month’s fusion being more fresh fish and bright citrus, this month you can expect bold brisket, roasted chilies, and simmered down sauces.

Expect six courses of bold flavors, refined technique, and just enough heat to make your glass of mezcal sweat.

House Keeping:

To cover costs, there will be a fixed price of $45 per person. We will have non-alcoholic beverages available, as well as red and white wine, a mix of seltzers and beer, but please bring whatever you enjoy drinking.

Please RSVP via the link below by July 16th to ensure there is enough food for everyone. We will accept the first 15 RSVPs to start and may add additional RSVP’s as we evaluate space and can accommodate more seating. Email any dietary restrictions by July 16th to jkrood15@gmail.com.

To ensure we have the necessary ingredients and can properly prepare for the Supper Club, we kindly request that cancellations be made before July 18th. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations received after this date.
